Over the years she has served on different boards in the private sector as non-executive director and trustee. Through that, she gained tremendous experience of how to position herself with boardroom tactics, skills and negotiations. Anne have also demonstrated excellent leadership skills of running her own law practice successfully and finding a balance between the law and mentoring and directing her peers.

Ndapewa started with her professional career at Ernst and Young as Business Advisory Tax Consultant during 2012. During her tenure at Ernst and Young, she was exposed to handling large transactions and working under pressure which have build her confidence with Tax Law. She later joined the Prosecutor-General’s office and thereafter as Legal Officer at Ministry of Defence under the Legal Advisor Department. During 2017, she decided to join practice where she is now practicing as an Associate.
Ndapewa has the knowledge to analyse and interpret legal documents and offer advice that will assist in meeting the authority’s objectives. She also has negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate legal issues to ensure which course of action should be considered. She further possesses drafting and research skills with the ability to apply the law to various given situations in order to provide the authority with professional legal advice, guidance and support. Ndapewa’s knowledge is well vested in Trust Laws, Corporate and Commercial Law, Administration of Estate and Conveyancing.

John is a dynamic lawyer with a general professional interest ranging from legislative administration, commercial and corporate Law. His special interest is in examining the nature of strategic partnership, investment rationality, managing risks and creates competitive advantage through strategic objectives. In this respect, as part of John’s PHD studies, he has researched extensively in the areas listed below.
John is currently assisting our firm with research work pertaining to different practice area as his strong focus. We applause him for his meticulous eye and mind when it comes to research work. Previously he worked as a candidate legal practitioner at Fisher, Quarmby & Pfeifer and have gained experience in drafting and reviewing of contracts in telecommunications, local government including laws relating to Bank of Namibia and competition law. His experience further extend to appraisal of bills and legislations, providing legal advice to private and public entities, offer regulatory guidance to government institutions and state-owned enterprises and legal research on data protection requirements.
John’s skills ranges from Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Governance and Compliance, drafting and review of commercial agreements, Intellectual Law and patent, Laws governing strategic partnership, Digital Forensics, Company Law, Labour Law, Corporate restructuring (in the areas of banking, telecommunications, mining and energy).
